WARRANTY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Goods are warrented against defects arising from fully design, workmanship and materials for a period of 12 Months from the date of installation or 15 months from the date of sale whichever is earlier, subjected to the following conditions.

1. The Customer will notify the company in writing promptly of any defects noticed and give the company adequate opportunity to inspect test and remedy them for which the customer will deposit the goods if so required by the company, with the company’s office service center along with the orginal invoice.
2. Inspection and Test test report of the company’s office / service center will be final and binding under the warranty for determining defects, repairs / alterations required or carried out of certifying working of the goods thereafter.
3. Consumables like sediment filter and membrane will be once repaced in the warranty period.(If any problem occured)
4. The company will be entitled to retain any defective aprt replaced under the warranty.
5. Routine maintenance service every three months
